Where do I drag the fonts into flexi (both OpenFace and TrueType)? I have had to reinstall flexi - In the past I would drag them into Windows and re-start Flexi and it would pick them up. Now it only picks up the TrueType. Can't I just drag them into Flexi? I navigate to >C >Flexi and I see...

Im doing return address labels to be put on an ivory colored envelope. They want the background to match the envelope! Before I go printing a ka-zillion differnt colored boxes to get a close match on an ivory... does anyone have anything they have use in the past so I can at least begin there???

The wave pattern can be seen in certain images that I print. This seems to happen on some media more than others (? not fully tested) Is this head alignment?

I have been having alot of color issues for the past two weeks - My latest issues is blue printing purple. Mutoh VJ1204, Flexi 8.1v1 Does someone have some color knowledge that can help me out here? I am considering putting the printer out on the street... then I will just get a job!!!

I have had this error msg before and do not remember how I fixed it. I really love my Mutoh, but it sometimes has a mind of its own - i.e. it has always let me print the full 50inches and recently - just from one job to the next, it will only go to 48! But for right now, "wrong data format"...
