I'm using VersaWorks. Its the rip software that comes with my printer. In my humble opinion, the rip software that comes with printers is generally much better than Flexi's rip + print.

54" might be you're better bet - even though it's smaller - there are a ton more of them in the market - and they're usually priced better.

Just curious - do you have a job that needs a 60"? They aren't all that common - 54" is much more common.

whatthefont comes up negative - if you're making an exact duplicate, it might just be easier to vectorize - its clean enough.

I give the customer the option from the get-go. As stated from these other guys, I'd recommend always hemming the sides, and give the customer the option for top and bottom. If the customer does not get hemming top/bottom, put banner "swatches" with double sided sticky tape about 2-3 feet...

Flexi can make these with the distort tool ;)

only thing I can figure is either A: You're media is loaded way crooked (doubt it's that far off) or B: You're cutter needs to be adjusted REALLY BAD!

I saw at least 3 problems off the bat when I was comparing it to versaworks. Our company decided as a whole that Rip & Print was a bad idea from Flexi. Plus it saved me a lot on my Flexi package.
