What’s up guys, I’ve been using flexisign pro 10 for about 6 years now. recently started trying to cut on a “US Cutter Titan 3 with arms” and I can’t get this thing to work. Have any you configured or set this cutter up with flexi sign? Or even a similar cutter?

Has anyone ordered any supplies from uscutter.com? I ordered some supplies from them and have yet to recieve my full order. Their customer service is HORRIBLE. I have sent 3 emails and called twice and still nothing. Has anyone else had problems? I wont be ordering from them anymore.
