The biggest thing I get out of this is it proves how biased our media actually is. As mentioned, the BLM protests were labeled "mostly peaceful" although buildings were burnt down, property destroyed and lives ruined. This protest looks like it was a "mostly peaceful" protest that had some yahoos damage property. Yes it was the Capitol so that makes it worse but I don't believe they were going in there to cause harm to the congressman. The media tried labeling it as a "coup" and mayhem everywhere and congressman running for their lives.
I didn't spend a lot of time watching the news but I barely knew someone was actually killed cause the media hardly mentioned it. Can you imagine if a cop had shot and killed someone in a BLM protest. It would be all over the news.
Any violence/damaging property is wrong and the people caught doing it should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Hopefully they catch the yahoos yesterday and charge them. What is comical is how the media spins it depending upon who is doing the protesting and who the media wants to make look bad.
