  1. Material shifting BAD when cutting

Machine is 5 y/o. Don't know how to answer how much work goes through it. Between $50 and $5,000? Rubber sleeves on rollers are definitely loose....like I can slide them off loose. I've been cutting a ton of heavy stuff lately so the pull on those has been tougher than normal. It's not a...
  2. Beachfront house sign before and after...

Ummm...no. I wasn't serious at all. I was trying to inject a little humor. Jesus Christ. Oh...I'm not a huge fan of the new sign either. I'm sure it is rock solid and wonderfully assembled. But it looks like injection molded plastic and I don't think it fits the "theme". But I don't care. If...
  3. Material shifting BAD when cutting

Just ruined about 6' of decals. My 300 picked up the registration marks just fine. When I pulled the print the cuts were off. The closer to the end (front) the worse they were. Blade pressure seems OK. And speed is the same as I've ever used. Any idea what could be causing the shift? Do the...
  4. Beachfront house sign before and after...

The numbers aren't even in numerical order.
  5. SP-300 not printing CYAN and BLACK ink

Fuse...1.6 amps and the size of a grain of rice.
  6. ROLAND SP 300V any good?

Once you get the hang of the Daige you'll be good. I have little patience but have run a ton of prints through mine. I'd say $7500 is a good deal based on what I'd sell my combo for.
  7. Ahhhh new heads....

Today I'm officially a printer again instead of a printer technician. Ended up replacing the heads on my sp300.....banding, sh!*%y prints, etc. Hard to spend money like that but I've probably lost more than that trying to fix it. Machine has been going non-stop for 3 hours now and the...
  8. Who's got a big cutter?

I have a client that wants his logo on a suburban and an 8' tall trailer. Logo would end up being larger than 6' x 3' tall and I'd rather not seam off of my little cutter. Would anyone like to cut these for me? It's just a big white oval and mid grade Oracal or Avery is fine. I'd need 6 of them...
  9. Font help

That doesn't include the back-ups. Thanks all.
  10. Font help

It may be hand painted. I won't be able to lay my hands on it. I've gone through all of my cartoon-ny stuff and no match. Anyone? .
  11. Construction site sign

How did they do it last time?
  12. This logo needs help!

Then why give us option 4?
  13. Font ID please!

    That's the Ranger boats logo.
  14. Need a little help please

He's saying your "page" setting for your plotter may be limiting to your 24" limits. You're going to have to go into custom settings and tell it the material is X. X>50"
  15. ... really...

I'd probably eat it before I printed it. I feel your pain. Anybody else have a good client whose new girl friend is a "graphic designer"? :frustrated:
