In this case....call SW and speak to the tech you get on the phone. Be sure EVERYTHING you went thru is well documented with them first. Then speak to the Service manager there. The people on the phone cant do a heck of a lot to make things happen beyond walking you thru tech setups im sure...

Research BN or JN 5 along with extension kits for those. They work great....reasonably priced. Typically do Pole pockets on them top and bottom Seaming doesnt look horrible but we do loads of prints for these on 13oz matte. Typically dead flat material we stock in 98 or 126 in widths.

My personal fav for low tac interior wall is Oracal 3628 or phototex.

We had that happen with Arlon and Mactac. Ive only used those 2 brands on occasion for spot graphics and such rather than full wraps.

Zapping the P-Ram may help also. CMD-OPT-P-R on boot...let it chime 2 or 3 times. If you are running Lion...def try the utilities there. My personal fav utility application is Techtool pro...find its a bit better than Alsoft.

do they need to be opaque?? we can print white ink...but likely an issue as not 100% opaque.

Final addendum to this whole thing: I cannot fault individual people on this. Everyone I spoke to on the phone...whether tech support, sales or tech managers were very understanding and apologetic for the situation that I was put in with my printer. Mike is right in that pic, I think in order...
