Get P-95 clear acrylic because it is frosted/matte on one side and looks just like your photo and then use cut vinyl on the front surface. No need for frosted vinyl in the back unless u want more opaque of a frost.

US Sign and Fabrication outsources to Thailand so their prices are triple what the overseas would sell for. The letters are example 5" tall x 1/2" stroke and would be 1" deep and need to be backlit.

I have explored the conventional US suppliers, but this particular project calls for thinner stroke letters/logo that cannot be manufactured with backlit LEDs here in the states, but apparently is done very commonly overseas. So that is the main reason.

I know the answer to this one. It happened to me. Don't use baby shampoo or dont use that particular brand of baby shampoo. Use rapidtac or actiontac or windowjuice or use those in combination with water. But never use baby shampoo. And clean the glass with sprayway foaming glass cleaner...
