Also worth looking at air filters sold as "growroom air filters" they use activated charcoal and work quite well, the filters are inexpensive and readily available. If it can keep the smell of weed out of your basement, it can keep the smell of ink solvents out of your shop!

In corel, grab the leaves and go Object>Shaping>Boundry this will create an outline around the leaves, then you can do a negative contour from that line to give you a bit of bleed.

We had a ton of issues with our Roland print cut machine, but I never has an issue with the cut quality, the accuracy was horrible but the quality was good. Can you post a pic? Are the cuts very complex,.or are we talking basic squares, circles etc? What's your experience level with vinyl cutting?

Can you clarify what the issue is, is it not cutting accurately, or is the cut quality poor?
