Getting a deflection in your test prints??? The heads on those printers are the ricoh GH2220 series. Swap your printheads over as they will be very close without a recalibration an see if it changes to the magenta and yellow head. Probably just needs a good flush

Will check the dipswitch settings in a couple of days for the 545ex left to right cyan magenta yellow black l/magenta l/cyan Page 30 on the ex user manual will give you the ink cartridge order but you will need to check the hoses are from those locations to the heads

Wallpaper doesn't shrink, vinyl does..Get him to sign a waiver stating no come back for vinyl shrinkage should it occur

Head rank is only an identification...Allows you to monitor life of that head.. Your printer was never told what heads it would ever receive, so the number means nothing to it.

Mega818503 if those were the test prints,they are fine. the bars are calibration test for media comp.they also look fine for now .. unknown what the fine lines across are
