You will be way better off with an 8' x 4' (2500x1300) laser for cutting plus a small engraver like a universal, epilog or a trotec for the small and the fine stuff rather than just having the SP3000. 95% of the time you'll never use larger than 8' x 4' sheets of acrylic. Anything over that...

Does it use NC studio? If so, it can accept .hpgl / .plt and .iso, probably .dxf . I would start with the Generic G-Code (mm) .tap post from Artcam. You may have to change the extension. These things have fairly simple controllers. I would be surprised if you get anything from Artcam...
