  1. Customer needs certifications

We sent our installers out to St Paul for installer certification.
  2. Clear, solvent printable vinyl with air-egress?

I would recommend DPF8000 Clear if these are decals going on plastic. It can usually be applied by our customers without many bubbles and once it sets it is not coming off. https://www.arlon.com/eu_en/products/dpf-8000-clear-eu-en
  3. Clear, solvent printable vinyl with air-egress?

Possibly a clear static cling if it is going on windows?
  4. Free Stuff For Y'all

Finally had to draw a Dodge Charger door swoosh up for a fleet vehicle. For a 1-off vehicle I'd suggest knifeless tape, but when they have 10+ and park them all next to each other that's always gonna look weird. Here you go!
  5. Epson S80600 "Resetting Printer"

We removed all but 1 of the switches/hubs between the RIPs and the printers and it seems to have solved this problem for us here.
  6. Need Help Looking for stock sport photos

See if the area (Washington) has a local photographer group on Facebook/whatever and look up the members' portfolios. Someone should have a photo you could license for print.
  7. What is This?

Looks like a printable lexan/polycarbonate to me.
  8. Question Yellow School Bus Wrap

The one we did looked like this, but yes, same concept. We used IJ480 due to the amount of rivets/recesses.
  9. Question Yellow School Bus Wrap

Not that much, the installers hated it though, took multiple installers multiple days. We did talk them into using some spray paint in areas like hood latch recesses. This bus was not going to be used to transport students ever again, it is now a "meals on wheels" bus for the local students. We...
  10. Question Yellow School Bus Wrap

Just right, did a similar project for a similar price recently.
  11. Free Stuff For Y'all

Here is a shuttle bus, 1/10 Scale. Yes, I know the front/rear are off-center, I don't make the buses, I just make the templates from them.
  12. Vending machines

I would also recommend using IJ180, but look for a scratch-proof lexan laminate if it is a flat surface.
  13. Free Stuff For Y'all

Been busy drawing a lot of stuff today, lol. Here's a template for a 20' Conex Container. 1/10 scale.
  14. Free Stuff For Y'all

Yet another random ambulance template. Use it if you can. 1/10 scale. Put your own PVO front template on it for the cab.
  15. What kind of paint for rivets?

We usually use whatever spray paint we can get close to the color. They disappear after that. We have bought custom colors before upon request, but normally the selection is pretty good.
  16. Epson SureColor S70675 Mechanical Error

Its an error for the take up reel motor. Check its cords/wires etc.
  17. Need Help Drying on take up roll for Vehicle Wraps

The number 1 failure we experience with rushed prints that are not given proper time to out-gas is adhesive failure. Yes, it certainly makes the prints harder to install, but that is not a "failure". If you have a print that bridges a channel like the fake windows on a ford/chevy van that the...
  18. Looking for a particular stock vector flag art

I've searched all these and more, still no luck. :( Maybe it was custom drawn, I was hoping it was modified stock art from somewhere.
  19. Looking for a particular stock vector flag art

I have a customer wanting this same flag for their Jeep wrap. The ones I have just aren't close enough for them. Does anyone know if it is available for purchase anywhere? It looks pretty familiar.
  20. Need Help Drying on take up roll for Vehicle Wraps

Here's your CORRECT answer right here: Printing roll-to-roll is what your printer is designed to do. If you have over-inked prints that aren't dry (sticking to the next layer) when they are going onto the roller you need to either increase the temps on your dryer or add another additional...
