I would recommend DPF8000 Clear if these are decals going on plastic. It can usually be applied by our customers without many bubbles and once it sets it is not coming off.

We usually use whatever spray paint we can get close to the color. They disappear after that. We have bought custom colors before upon request, but normally the selection is pretty good.
