I run a 16H and a 24F. They are good machines. Great white and pretty quick. Easy to flush heads when needed. The key is to run it every few days and you should not have any clogged nozzles. If not using white print a solid white box to make sure your using those 2 heads every few days...
We run a few EFI machines. Their tech support number is (855)334-4457. There are prompts that will either take you to Fiery support or wide format support. The fiery support option they will be able to answer those questions regarding the password. I don't recall any passwords I have to...
double needle Juki sewing machine. You need a lot less table with a sewing machine than a welder. If you have a 20' banner you have to have enough table to feed the entire banner. With a sewing machine you can lightly fold as you need to. Did a 4'x30' banner not too long ago and only have 8'...
You will notice the difference in photos. We run a ton of senior banners and noticed a big difference. If you just running standard graphics you wont notice much and dual CMYK will give you faster speeds.
We print hundreds of YETI and RTIC coolers a year. You will for sure need to flame it before and use some sort of primer. We also print varnish on top to help protect them. Hope they don't have great expectations for print quality over the entire top of that table as it will not be perfectly...
Accu Cutter would be the best ones out there. Although 040 aluminum at 24-30 inch pieces would not cut very well on a table sheer. You would need a floor mounted foot shear for that length.
It really depends on where your located. I can tell you in my area something like that is $10/sqft so if your saying 155 sqft of vinyl it would be $1550.00. IN New York or LA where buildings are way more expensive your looking at $20/sqft or $3100.
I dont think you will get that many printed in 2 hours. Max speed is 370 square meters which you will probably not run at that for quality issues unless you good with it. We run our printer on a production speed for better quality. Even at max quality your looking at 37 4x8 boards per hour...
Seeing that this unit is listed at $17,000 you need a large work load to be able to justify it. You can buy a Juki double needle sewing machine a whole lot cheaper.
Few things to look at. First is that vinyl suited for printing? Most colored films are not compatible for Eco Solvent inks. Not saying it cant be done but results may not be great. If your wanting a red to print good on that you will have to lay down a pretty heavy coat of white ink down...
You will need to either paint the board first or print white then color. If you print the white you will have to go at a higher resolution to really lay a lot of white ink down.
Not every printer can be converted over to a completely different kind of printer. I would be pretty certain that this would not work and would more than likely render the printer no good. To start out with you would have to completely change out the entire ink delivery system. There is not...
you wont get very good white out of any eco solvent printer as the inks are too translucent. UV printers will be a lot more expensive but can also to a wider range of printers direct to substrates. The white ink on the HP Latex 700/800 is a very good white that is in a lot of ways better than...
