You have a print heater and a heater after printer. Are they BOTH set low? Or just one? When we run print temp 100F and Heaters at 104+ it bubbles.

just remember, a second pass of white will completely destroy your work flow for the day and any price that you planned on competing with, and takes ten times longer to print. Never....ever....again. :)

Also make sure in versa works that even tho the profile is the same, that in the job properties in versa works that the feed calibration is set the same. Either both to "use printer settings" or both to "use profile settings." If they're different, that'd be the obvious fix. If they're the...

I think most people will agree that you should go with a SUMMA cutter....and roland printer. Pair up the two. From what I've read, the summa is a far more exact cutter...but this is just from what I've read on here.

Work smarter not harder. After electricity, ink and paper costs + labor to cut cards, how could any one of you possibly justify printing your own business cards? We get 250 cards printed for like $7.00. I'd even pay $15 before I'd go buy a roll of media and waste the time printing and cutting...

Yes, Set the far right pinch roller in a couple inches, or at least an inch and now it will see that as the edge of the page.

Good suggestion I'll give that a shot. 3651 profile DOES produce a more reddish red, but nothing compared to GCVP

haha yes we're coming from 4 color to 7 color. We figured there'd be a bit of shift, but it seems like RED isn't even in the color gamut of this profile lol. We'll run the VW Spot Colors off and see if it'll hit red at PR43k. The only way we can hit it right now is to run GCVP which hits red...
