Current one in my Summa right now has been in for at least a year, and I also cut a lot of laminated vinyl with it. When my guys start having issues weeding out normal text then I know it's time to change it out.

Yeah I don't get why fonts need to match if you're just recreating an info chart. Eurostile or Europa should work fine as mentioned. As well as Helvetica/Swiss or any similar font.

Well that should not be anyone's opinion when you are dealing with CMYK. You can't expect a device with 4 colors (yeah yeah, it might be 6 with Lc and Lm or whatever configuration your printer has) to output a MIXED color right off the bat without tweaking the profiles. That's like expecting a...

I don't advise 3mm PVC for a sign like this. Switch to 3mm ACM, and screws alone will suffice.

Also run them with a colorbar. This helps with color continuity too.

Print and cut one panel at a time I think. You can select/deselect the panels and send them individually.

Print the pattern on vinyl, lay that on the wall. Peel off after drilling all the holes.

Maybe you're not using the 'right' silicone. GE Silicone I is a great adhesive for most stuff. Don't get the regular silicone II sealant stuff. For metal signs we use Lord 810 Signlok.
