  1. New Print & Cut Hp!!

Saving floor space if you are a small operation, but not production time if you are laminating. Sent from my XT1575 using Tapatalk
  2. Relentless Error Code

Don't know if anyone else has watched the temps on their machine while it runs, but mine got up to 13 degrees over the set curing temp before it started to cool down to what it was supposed to be at, wonder if the way they have it heating up is pumping needs to be adjusted or if they need to up...
  3. Relentless Error Code

Got this error twice in fifteen minutes. Had the curing door closed and temp set to 235. Got over halfway through a 6' banner when it canned. Restarted it, left the curing door open, and the second time it got maybe a foot into the banner before it decided to stop again. They really need to get...
  4. 831 Maintenance Cartridge

My wife works with me here, and I swear, if I gave her that line as work as well as home, she would probably kill me.
  5. Buying New Printer And Cutter

They are both 64" so you are not giving up any production ability size wise. The 365 is faster and has a nice touchscreen control panel. Question is whether the faster speed and possibly nicer user interface are worth the extra they are asking for it??
  6. Need Help Royal Soverign 65" Laminator Issue

Always thought silvering was expected to some degree unless you use heat. Sent from my XT1575 using Tapatalk
  7. Need Help Royal Soverign 65" Laminator Issue

Don't know much about Hexis laminate, we run Arlon without issue. Good on waiting to out gas. With what you say I would try a different laminate first. Sent from my XT1575 using Tapatalk
  8. Need Help Royal Soverign 65" Laminator Issue

Might help if you share what you are printing with, printing onto and laminating with?
  9. Relentless Error Code

Just got it twice this morning running some banner material at full temp on our L560, backed the temps off 5 degrees and it ran without issue. Which firmware are you running? Sent from my XT1575 using Tapatalk
  10. Flexi Sign Prints Missing Colors

Was going to suggest converting everything to outlines. That way it'll rule out font issues. Sent from my XT1575 using Tapatalk
  11. Couple L560 Questions

After a few days I have noticed a few things and thought I would see if anyone else has or wants to do the same things I am thinking about. I love the touchscreen. After using the L25500 for so long its a welcome chance, though its a touchscreen. Has anyone thrown a screen protector on theirs...
  12. Buying New Printer And Cutter

I'm a latex fan, but as to a big part of your question, go for separate units. I can understand for space reasons, but you will get better results laminating and then cutting with the Summa then trying to load it back into the printer. Plus you don't have to hold off on the next print job...
  13. HP L560

It would be nice to get together on these issues some have been having and compare notes on settings. Once our apparent printhead issues have been resolved I haven't had any other issues some have mentioned on here(its only been three days though), other then just learning the difference between...
  14. Plasticizers And The L560

It's a carrot. Just another reason to upgrade. But honestly, isn't it gear driven so that it wipes the media and not just another roller that it passes over. Probably just lacks the hardware to operate it they way its intended.
  15. Plasticizers And The L560

In that case I would be running Forward banner from Grimco as my good stuff and Key as my cheap line, except it costs more. Still need to look into the costs and lifespan of the wipers.
  16. HP L560

First off, no need to yell. There are a couple members on here who have had issues during installation, and I'm one of them. Where as it seems yours is truly a hardware issue with the printer, mine got rectified with new printheads. It sounds like you have another printer currently so you may...
  17. Need Help Anyone Want To See. . . .

Well, HP guy had come and gone. And it's working! Ended up replacing every printhead. Couple samples printed great and he answered a few questions. Now to get all the profiles setup how I want and get it producing. Sent from my XT1575 using Tapatalk
  18. Need Help Anyone Want To See. . . .

So. How similar is the 360 and 560? In terms of the internals, aka printhead carriage, ink lines, and such. The way the tech was looking at the media holder/loader on our 560 was kind of like he had never seen one in person before.
  19. New State Farm Logo

From experience, it has to be approved by State Farm corporate, not the agent.
  20. More Graphtec Problems...

When we setup our L25500 we were getting issues with distortion on the test prints the tech and I were running. It got better when I quit being cheap and feed out more material at the start of the print. I'm not talking like fed out to the take up, just underneath the second heater. Sent from...
