my 310 has just about 21k on it since 2015. Outside of one service call to replace the carriage belt and the big maintenance, I've never had a tech out. I usually get 8-12k ml through a printhead before I replace it.
what are you cutting? if it's rigid you might be getting blade flex. On my Kongsberg, I don't use the single edge blades on anything other than vinyl, I use the thicker double edged blades (BLD-DR8160) on heavy banner, pvc and poly.
Something like the tabletop flatbed that Xante makes might work for what you want. You can definitely use them for the occasional yard sign, etc., but I wouldn't be wanting to run them in any sort of large quantity.

What Proofread said... the DOL 6000FR is an indoor only temporary floor laminate. I'm not as familiar w/ Avery but the 3060/3070/3080 seem closer to correct for your application.
thin clients in the medium to large corporate entities would be the bomb though. Easy to deploy, easy to upgrade, easy to maintain, "easy" to secure and easy to manage licensing from a central location.
Need more of a robust infrastructure in the US for it to really take hold. Our broadband industry is still behind and service areas are vastly incomplete.
I can't see your full sheet but if the labels are butted together, is it doublecutting? I have to outline outer strokes if I have butt cuts so it doesn't try to cut each square individually.
3M makes a few varieties of textured overlam. One of them is definitely "pebble-like".

why are you losing 5' to the machine? Unless I'm running something heavy like 15oz+ banner or window perf, I'm seldom advancing the material out ahead of where it loads on my L310.
sounds about like us but we only do 3 days out. Mainly to make sure if there's any "tight" deadlines that they can be dealt with and anything unexpected popping up. Sales has their own meetings but they get included in the production meeting as well.
I order them directly from Servoflo. It's a TTS Micropump. Part # is M410K-V. (IIRC the "factory" part is a M400 pump, but they're hard to get in the US and the M410 is a superior pump, the K and the V are important, one's the fitting size and the other is the fitting orientation). You will need...
looked over Josh's stuff. They seem like good off-brand bits. I'd recommend the DLC version of the bit for your aluminum, more expensive but will handle heat better.
in your rigid knife, I like the DR8160 or DR8180 for cutting 1/8" pvc and polystyrene and the SR8170 or SR8172 for cutting vinyl.
Kiss cutting I use the KC101.
I have the vibe knife not the oscillating knife so I'm not sure on that one.

the printer you're looking at is aqueous. Labels/Banners off it will not hold up outside for very long. The DesignJets are for printing Posters and Fine Art Prints, not signage and banners.
