  8. Anyone with 560/570 have any luck with double sided printing?

That is probably the easiest way to do if your just doing one print or two, rewind it flip around and line up your mark where you started side 1. Other wise you have set 2-sided on the printer, roll it on the take-up roll with side 1 inside and then move the take-up roll to the feed roll holder...

  10. HP Latex + Built in Color calibration

If graininess is not a problem then use CMYK mode. Don't know if the HP internal profile GCR generation is any different in that mode. But, If you have Onyx use the HP onboard spectro to bring in your measurements then you can set a high GCR when generating the profile.
  11. HP Latex + Built in Color calibration

It is not onyx that is creating 0 black. It is the profile. You just said "the profile created by HP". Why blame onyx? Does the HP profile engine really set their GCR that low. What are they afraid of? Trying to hide their grainy black? Once again DO NOT CLONE MEDIA PRESETS! You are probably...
  12. HP Latex + Built in Color calibration

There is software to edit Profiles. But there is no way to "reduce purple" without affecting all the other colors. It can be a bottomless pit, edit to alter one color and see how it effect other colors and then edit that effected color and so on and so on. Best to get it right to begin with by...
  13. HP Latex + Built in Color calibration

Absolutely, that is the best way to do it. DO NOT CLONE, start from the top menu when creating a new Media Preset. Not sure which printer you are using but there were firmware updates that invalidated all existing calibrations. So you have no why of knowing what firmware the existing...
