Do people not enter the contest? Those wraps aren't bad but I've seen better posted here.
  3. 10x10 Photo backdrop

We do them all the time using 10oz banner material. Make sure you specify matte finish material, glossy material will leave a glare in photos.
  4. Unusual script

Since there was a big discussion here last week about it notice that the Author's Notes below it say it's free for personal use and links to the commercial version.
  5. How to ruin a $65k Car?

Couldn't the pattern have been printed with the graphics turned 90 degrees? (I know practically nothing about wrapping a truck)
  6. Fellers

You used to be able to call and ask for him and they'd connect you to him.
  7. How to ruin a $65k Car?

Why'd the rotate the pattern 90 degrees on the hood?
  8. Looks like a pretty neat little printer

I'm sure it will find it's place. There are enough niche markets out there that I'm sure somebody's eyes lit up with dollar signs when they saw it.
  9. Okay...Signs365 just pulled the most epic customer service job EVER

I have no doubt that was part of it but come on....if you're gonna make a statement flying across the country to deliver a couple of banners is a pretty loud statement. Do I think it was overboard and unnecessary? Completely. Am I gonna forget it? Not any time soon.

  11. Am I the only person having problems with Signs 365 Same Day production?

  12. Okay...Signs365 just pulled the most epic customer service job EVER

I am sitting here absolutely stunned about what just happened. I can't even figure out how to write about it. Signs365 is in Michigan. I'm in Alabama. Yesterday I ordered two 2'x6' banners for same day production but through an error on my part or theirs the banners didn't ship yesterday...
  13. Am I the only person having problems with Signs 365 Same Day production?

No it wouldn't. Trust me, I've done the honest math on it 50 times and I'm doing better without a printer. I know there are inherent risks associated with doing next day banners but when customer brings me an art file and is willing to pay $8.50 psf and all I've got to do is upload a file and...
  14. Cutter is pulling up vinyl - Help.

He switched from a 45 degree blade to a 60 degree. Wouldn't that make a difference?
  15. Am I the only person having problems with Signs 365 Same Day production?

I like dealing with Signs365 because their website is easy as heck to order from, their prices are good, and their quality is good. I take advantage of Same Day banner production a good bit because it's made me pretty competitive with local shops with printers. I place 3-4 orders a week with...
  16. Something I never thought much about, until today...........................

The aluminum layer on the alumacore is heavier than the aluminum on the polymetal.
  17. Local Festival.....

We used to do all the work for a huge music festival in town. Never failed that the two weeks before were 16-18 hour days. They were literally dumping stuff on us as fast as they could come up with it. By the time the festival actually got here the last thing I wanted to do was show up.

  19. respecting territories

Now that I think about it I'm pretty sure every time I've done that the other shop pretty much said "Screw that guy, you can have him, he's a pain in the ***."
