Damper and lines Is there ink in the dampers of the channels that don't fire did you inspect the ribbon cables for possible flaws on the ends. is there ink in the line after it hist the Y above the head?

Warranty You may want to keep that info between Grimco and yourself. A manufacturer has trained dealers to set up equipment for a reason, and they would come down hard on grimco if they knew they were not doing their installs as their contract calls for.
