    oops yep the unmask option is what I meant. then you may have to ungroup to get the background. John

    Depending on the file, sometimes you can right click on the design and ungroup everything. Then see if you can select the background and delete it. There can be multiple ones(layers) so delete until they are all gone if needed. John

    Had the same problem. I got by awhile until I installed the cut carriage cable by moving the pinch rollers inward until I got a reading. I lost about an inch of material. I'd give it a shot it may work and you can keep printing until you get the new cable. John

  19. White gloss sign vinyl?

    John is right, I usually clean the first foot or two of media I print each day. I always wash my hands before handling it as well. I've had a few prints ruined by contaminated fingers. For instance, do not eat a pack of Doritos and handle the media. Don't ask me how I know this, lol. John
