Have you had anyone die that you loved? This is really in bad taste. I'd just find another vendor and move on. I'm sympathetic towards anyone who loses a loved one. Tearing someone down who made a bad business decision at a time like that is not cool.

Cut carriage cable could be your sheet set error problem. The "splotching" is probably the cap tops. I've had both those problems and those were my fixes. It's a good place to start anyway.

Back ordered here in Iowa too. I'm having some 4x10s cut down. You may ask them if they have any 4x10s to cut down. I had to ask my supplier or they never woud have told me. Might be worth a call back to ask.

I've done alot of these. I don't quite follow his instructions but I can knock them out in less then an hour.

Small town one man shop here too. I'm at $50 for most jobs min. Just doesn't seem like it's worth it to go any lower. I will, however, sometimes go lower for a repeat or steady customer.

Avery 2611 is the best I've used so far. The oracal will work but I've had it release on some walls. I really think alot of it depends on the type of paint people use. Avery has stayed on every wall so far.
