Upgrading has always been a real pain in the you know what. I only upgraded to Windows 10 because Microsoft is once again saying there will be no more security updates for windows 7 At this point I think I will also go back to Windows 7 at least there are drivers for my Versacamm printer. Jim

I need to purchase pinch rollers for an SP-300 but I see many different sizes and they are all very close in size but my question is what is the correct size that printer. When I look online the are all a few millimeters different in size. Thanks for your help. Jim

I noticed the vinyl on the right side is not be held down by the pinch roller and was wondering if it's time to replace the entire pinch roller or just the wheel. I am not receiving any error message about the pinch roller. Thanks Jim
