Edited to add: If you performed multiple passes, would it follow the same lines every time or is it all over the place?
We've run into this lots on our Edge2 printing on Lexedge, which looks like what you're doing. Mostly when backing up with white.
I'm pretty sure Gerber's only suggestion was to lower temp on white when printing, but it never 100% went away. Like jfiscus suggested, printing full height seems...
When we send files down through Onyx Thrive / Cut Server to our Summa F, the file number ends with either 0 (front/beginning of the job) or 5 (back/end of the job. I'm assuming this is based on which cutter it is being sent to?

Basically sums up my experience with it over the last 6 years. Every now and then I get ambitious and give it another go, only to realize that it's junk. Could be such a useful piece of software for customizing your nesting etc. but it just doesn't work.
No offense, but are you really willing to stake your reputation on the opinion of random people on the internet?
I get it, self-promotion and marketing is tough, but I feel like this is something that you and your new partner need to come up with on your own.
Device is probably set to override the software setting. I don't use Flexi but there should be a setting somewhere (either on software or plotter) that lets you choose whether to go by software or device settings.
Until you figure it out you can always adjust the weight on the plotter before...
Sorry for the late reply. We're using a custom built profile out of Onyx Thrive. Are you using Thrive or Rasterlink?
I'm curious to see what firmware we're on, I'll check and see. I know we haven't updated anything in a while and it's usually a big ordeal and has to be done with a USB cord...
Thanks. That's a nice healthy margin, something to aim for I guess. There are definitely some months were we hit that but on average (on a normal year) we're around 10-15% net at the end of the year.
