That head A head that fires nothing is usually not getting the signal from the main board. Check your ribbon cables and check the fuse on the main board. PM me if you need a tech manual

Bad dampers Poor ink flow, air in the lines, ink dropping from the head. Usually they cause drop out in a print job when the flow of ink does not keep up with the printer.

Cheap press I had a guy use one to do 90 expensive football uniforms with some Speciality Materials heat transfer I sold him. Numbers started falling off, and he of course blamed us. End of the day it turned out to be his cheap press. Messing up textiles with a cheap press gets expensive fast.

Pump That series printer had the old style pump out of the box, most were later upgraded. Looks to me like this could be a pump issue. Have the tech check this, also no mention of the wipers being changed, check that also, do not think it is electrical
