Curious where you guys would be at time-wise on a window measuring 100"h (±) x 66"w (±)? There are a few vertical and a few horizontal. The vinyl will be digitally printed to include text/graphics which will need to be staggered around the mullions. Thanks!

True, paint won't match a Pantone color perfectly but it's still pretty much the industry standard to call out a PMS # when indicating colors on a sign. Virtually any paint store or paint system (including Matthews) has the ability to match a PMS #.

Apply wet, butt the top and left factory edge of the vinyl against the frame (assuming its square). Squeegee virtually the whole thing. Slit the bottom right corner so you can work with each edge separately. Squeegee the rest and trim the right and bottom edge.

When in doubt, I use multiple methods. I would pick up some 1-minute epoxy and use that along with VHB tape and silicone.
