Bruce, do you have the attached regulations? I don't have everything memorized, but I know the text is supposed to be uppercase and located below the pictograms. Not trying to pick your signs apart, but don't want to see you have to remove any signs either.

There are a number of LED lamps on the market that can directly replace a fluorescent lamp. Most of the big name LED manufacturers have a version. There are even some on Amazon.

He said replacing it with HID stuff though...converting everything for metal halide would definitely jack the price up.
