    That font is available at marine supply stores in a large sheet of letters and numbers. Comes in different colors too. But when you install them be sure to put the required space between the sets of letters and numbers. TX 5215 AY, not TX5215AY.

    I've never used that model. Typically a head soak is done while running a cleaning. You stop the printer while the heads are off the capping station, fill the capping station with cleaning fluid, let it park the heads and shit it off for some period of time--an hour, few hours, overnight, etc...

    You have to select which cutters to install while you are installing Onyx. If you don't select any, there will be none available in the dropdown box. Likely the person who "fixed" things reinstalled Onyx and didn't select any cutters. If you re-run the setup you can add them.

    The standard, since back when cutting vinyl first started was upper right to lower left, for the very reason you stated. If doing large numbers of decals, you'll find the occasional one that works better left to right because of the combination of letters and shapes.
