  1. Has anybody ever done an install on an Indy-style race car before?

Well, you know you're going to great exposure from doing this, so you should probably just do it for him gratis. After all, he has a great deal of influence and at least 60 followers.;)

  3. FONT Help

At first glance it looks like Compacta Black, and most of the letters are the same. But the G is different and the E and F are wider in your example.

  5. Need Help Onyx CutContour

For the cutters to be there you have to have selected them when you installed the Onyx RIP software. Also you have to be running the software as an administrator to be able to make and edit quick sets.
  6. Need Help Onyx CutContour

It's right in the middle of the Quick Set page.
  7. What to do about a failed install?

Printed? There is no printing. It's cut. Just cut.
  8. Printing White s80600

The white ink isn't really opaque enough to do a good flood coat like that. It's meant to be used as an underlayer, and it works OK for that. We have had success with doing an underlayer and then printing white a second time on top of that along with the colors, but these were first surface...
  9. Need Help In need of a sign. lol

If you want, and your customers are willing to pay for it to be shipped, Signs365 can make your 4x8 panels for you. That might be the easier way to get the first one or two. Then when you have time, you can spend the money to buy a printed vinyl graphic, get something to put it on, an...

  11. Niche Market - I had an idea, what do you think?

In our town the sign ordinance prohibits that specific activity.
  12. Touching up prints.

We use Sharpie on white specks in a black area. Only if it's something that someone is going to handle/see up close. On a big banner or sign it's immaterial.
  13. Onyx 12 Refreshing Non Stop

Too many old jobs stored in the folder maybe. Delete them.
  14. What to do about a failed install?

You can't even trust reviews. The ones for the supplier I referenced were all so glowing they had to have been written by the vendor's shills.
  15. Partial Blockout flexface or awning. Suggestions?

Look at the awning pictures towards the bottom of this page: https://cooleygroup.com/product/cooley-brite/ The Baskin Robbins one has a black awning. And just below that is a "Request a Sample" button.
  16. Need Help I have angry customers :(

It's been a long time since I used an online shopping cart, but 11-12 years ago when we did, the regular shopping cart at Go Daddy had all the order management and CRM you would need. You could log in and see all your orders listed and when you invoiced/received payment, shipped, etc. it updated...
  17. What to do about a failed install?

Gino, don't assume that just because it is offered for sale online that it is going to work and if it doesn't that it's the installer's fault. The most recent job that we did which involved ebay car graphics was on a 1968 Camaro. It belonged to a guy whose offshore race boats we had done for a...
  18. Question Large graphic - help!

Paneled graphics have been done since vinyl for signs came out, and it looks fine. The overlap can be 1/4" or 1/2" and if you install it well, people will not notice it unless they are really close and looking for it.
  19. Partial Blockout flexface or awning. Suggestions?

Regular black eradicable flex should work for that, as long as the white letters don't have to be blockout. I can't imagine that black blockout lets much light pass through the black areas. That would kind of defeat the purpose of black.
  20. What to do about a failed install?

The first thing I do when someone brings me a mail order graphic is tell them I don't guarantee that we can install it perfectly and that I will not replace a graphic we didn't make. I've found most of them are crap, and usually they don't fit either. But you're already past that. So in this...
