We use the term decal for self adhesive labels, printed or not, die or contour cut or not. It does not refer to the old water-release labels we used to put on model cars.
If the decals (stickers) are just going to be stuck on notebooks et al and are not meant for signage or any official purpose...
I think the thinnest I'd go is 3/8", but 1/2" has a better "look". If you do 1/4", it works, but there is sag, plus if they are in reach, they are too bendable. Thicker than 1/2" and weight becomes a problem.
The area code is meaningless on caller ID now; they spoof those. Our "your Google listing may be out of date" calls all have what look like local numbers on caller ID now. And the ones about credit card processing new rates from new law/regulation" calls do it too.

It depends on what they use to do the powder coating. Powder coat is a plastic powder that is melted into a coating. Depending on what plastic and what additives they use, it can be LSE, just like latex house paint that has additives to make crayon and grease stains wipe off easily.
This is probably the material. it's for dye sub (which is what your sample looks like) but it also says it's latex printable.

Did you look at the link I gave you? That font, along with many others are available from SRGFX.com . You would want to browse around on the site to see examples and the various fonts. I did the work of clicking my mouse for you, and here is the number pack used on that graphic...
Buy the width it comes in and charge appropriately. When I custom order material, the price of the whole piece/roll is built into the price of the job and we also charge a custom order color charge. It's a Mercedes....
