    I have had good luck with the HP canvas. I also used some of the Lexjet production canvas. That has a different feel to it, but the finish is good and it is very nice to stretch.

    I have great luck using pantone spot colors. 185c for a bright red and 186c for a deeper red work great for me. I am using Caldera for my RIP.

    The HP PVC free wallpaper works great. I have also had great luck with Dreamscape, which is very easy to install. I do recommend the Ronan wallpaper paste, as does Dreamscape.

    Grimco has one too called "Alumagraphics" It seems simliar to the Asphalt Art media. It feels like a grip tape that you can print.

    I have used the new Arlon stuff with success. Ran in with the HP low temp photo paper profile, but it didn't dry. Used the 12 pass vinyl profile and it worked great. One of these days I will use the new i1 I bought and create my own profiles.

    My startup time takes no where near 30 minutes, I went over a year with the same set of print heads and HP recycles them for free anyways, my electricity cost has hardly changed at all and I contribute the slight increase due to the fact that I run it at least twice as much as the solvent...

    I am running the newest Caldera also. I use either the frontlit banner profile or the heavy fabric profile. Just depends if I need speed or quality, the heavy fabric setting produces better quality for me. I can recall that it does put a slight wave in it, but nothing that makes it unsaleable.

    Depending what version of Illy you are using, you can just create overlapping artboards. I Have done that before and it worked great for me.

    Anyone have a good source for getting a quote to ship freight? I have a 44" Canon aqueous printer I am selling and I need to get a quote to ship it but have never shipped any freight before so looking at how to do that. Thanks for your help!
