Try this - right click your flexi icon- find the compatibility area - select run as XP

If the material is bending from the Arc created in the cutter, I have heard of others setting up tables in front of and behind the cutter- so the material is always on a flat plane with the cutting strip.

I would spend a lot of time searching the specific topic you have - example "mimaki head problem" etc. Lots to learn.

Offset- setting too high. draw some "T"'s and reset to zero - then adjust from there.

Ok, so there should be a setting, on the machine, that ignores commands from the software ( Speed, pressure, etc). I use to have an FC7000 and always ran the machine settings from the machine - not the software. Try that out - its deep in a menu setting somewhere on the plotter
