    I forgot, you replaced a head. There is a long process in service mode to make sure the heads are all aligned as well. Also, SC 500's were acually more water based then eco sol. I think this is when Roland called it Sol ink. Has your printer been converted to EcoSol / EcoSol Max inks?

    It depends on the age of the machine. Some older machines can't use VersaWorks. Our Roland SC540 Pro II did not have the ablility to use VW. If you have Roland Color RIP, Wasatch has a $200 dollar upgrade path with 6 months of free updates. I recomend it.

    You have to customize your tool bar to get that Icon, or use the FONT drop down menu.

    If you have an image you can upload it to www.whatthefont.com. Also Corel x4 has a shortcut. You click on the Icon and then select text in a bitmap or on the screen and it automatically uploads the image and takes you to the site. It's definatly worth the upgrade.
