The design elements on the back of the van dont match up to the sides of the van where they meet in the corners.

How do you do that? Those are contone printers. HP doesnt allow color profiles to be created outside their system. At least that was my understanding.

Which latex printer do you have? The newer HP ones have a sponge roller you can install to pull away plasticers.

A swiffer duster works really well and they are cheap.

Not every time. But if the media isnt poking out from the front slot I have a about a 50% chance of a media jam. In all honesty its more like 2 ft maybe a little more.

The 560 burns about 3 feet of material every time you change a roll or cut the material away. Just something to consider.

Assuming your print heads aren't clogged. Whenever my color shifts I just have the machine run a color calibration. If that doesn't work then its time to start changing out print heads. Change the print heads that have the most usage first.

Its best to not rest the roller on the table. Over time it will create flat spots on the roller which is no good. If you are laying vinyl down on substrate then make sure it is centered on the table. If its not centered then wrinkles will appear because the roller isn't balanced and applying...
