Hi Everyone. Does anyone have a lead on replacement blades for the rollsroller long reach cutter blades?
I'm wondering if there are any aftermarket replacements we could use besides the "official" blades. http://www.rollsroller.se/our-products/accessories/long-reach-cutter/
Have you tried switch out to new print heads anyways? I had a problem similar to this on my HP 560 where the print head test prints looked fine. But when the printer actually got going on real prints they dropped out. Changing the print heads fixed the problem.
Since your greys are looking too...
Just got this email today as luck would have it.

Dear...
I've used both. Summa cutters are better by a mile. They track better, scan registration marks better, and depending on the model you get have tangential cutting which makes them much more accurate then your standard drag and cut type cutter.
keep turning it up until headstrikes stop. Or if you max it out and still get head strikes then switch to a different brand of perf. I've used clear focus perfs with good results.
In my experience its the vacuum setting you want to adjust. Crank it up first before adjusting heat settings.
I use a slightly adjusted 40-20c media profile. The difference being way higher vacuum pressure.
From what I have seen and what I was told by the guy installing the printer when we first got it. Its completely normal. And operating as designed. :roflmao:
Which operating system does Flexi10 work on? You cant buy new computers with windows xp anymore. You are going to have a hard time getting xp to work on newer hardware because none of them will be supporting an old 10 year old OS.
We have a seal and its really nice. I like the hand crank that lets you customise the downward pressure to the substrate you are using. Forget the heat option. Its a gimmick. Silvering goes away on its own after a day or two.
