    Take a look at this. By test print looks good I mean all nozzles are firing properly and no deflections... Like i said, faint banding, but ALWAYS in blue. Does this pic help at all?

    Check with others first, i think you can park the heads, and use a syringe in the lines on the bottom of the capping station and suck ink through the heads into the capping station....Ink fill works for me every time. Like I said, check with others FIRST before doing the syringe thing...don't...

    Pull the cover near the control panel....is there even ink in the ink lines?? Transporting can empty the ink lines out...if that's the case go into service mode and do "ink fill" until it pumps ink to all lines. If there's clearly ink filling all ink lines all the way to the head -- good luck :)

    I can't remember how we got ours to work...I think we started with VW v.2.4 , and installed that first -- THEN WITHOUT OPENING VW, update to v3.0 -- still without opening VW, install v4.3 and then the USB driver should be included (If I remember correctly)

    Hey guys... Been printing quite a while at this point and have tested several different medias with this. Manually/hand cleaned printer, test print shows perfect lines across all four colors... For whatever reason, ANY Blue being printed is banding -- not terribly, but noticeable...but ONLY...

    do not do a powerful flush.....Look inside the cover and look to see if the yellow and cyan actually have INK in the clear lines...if not there's an "Ink Fill" option in the service mode. If this is right after transport, there's a good chance the ink drained from the ink lines and there's no vacuum

    ya they have to be actual FLAME RETARDANT certified (sound right??) or the racetrack will not allow them along the edge of the track. I won't be responsible for melting down someone's racecar lOL. So Far the stuff at grimco looks ok...I'll call on price soon. Anything THICKER by chance?? 20oz...

  20. Replacing the Sponges on the capping station...

    Someone correct me if this is wrong but You don't just replace the sponge, you need to replace the entire cap....which is the sponge and the surrounding black plastic area..
