I've got two print brokers that I do work through. If they just send me the lead and I make the sale I'll kick them around 10% (I just kind of make it up based on whatever the job paid, how much of a pain the customer was, etc.) They're gonna have to do more than just call me and say "Hey, I...
Gotta recommend the Summa. They're rock solid little workhorses. Roland's aren't bad and we used the heck out of the ones we owned but switching to Summa was the smartest thing we ever did. If....and it's a big IF, you ever need service Summa tech support is almost instant and they actually...
The Art of Color: The Subjective Experience and Objective Rationale of Color by Johannes Itten
Pretty dang interesting. It looks at color and color theory from a physics standpoint. I had to borrow it from a designer in town....the dang thing is $700.

Nope.

Sorry man, that just stuck out at me. You want them to use their investment at a discount for you so you can take enough of their business to become a competitor. That's what you're saying there.
Somebody brought it up on another thread and I never saw it answered.
Anybody heard from him? He was posting here frequently then just dropped off the map. His website and phone are both down.
Just hoping nothing happened to him. The guy almost begged people to let him share anything he...
Lat mayoral election in my town it became a pretty big issue the week before the election. One of the candidates (the guy who won) spent every dime of his campaign budget locally and spread it between the sign and printing shops. His opponent spent almost his entire budget with cheap internet...
Back when we were doing screenprinting we'd have never sold them that cheap but two guys could have knocked that job out in an hour and a half. That's using incredibly old, outdated equipment and manually loading and pulling screens. You knock out three or four of those a day you're making...
