Thanks everyone...I appreciate the advice....They are insisting on foam cor so maybe I will try and put a piece of just white 3640 on the other side and see how that holds up but I am not going to warranty it at all and tell them that.
I tried selling them on Rigid PVC which in my area is cheaper then Gator Foam but they didn't want to go for it...Is this something that is expected of Foam Cor
Hey everyone I need a little help. I have had issues in the past with mounting vinyl to foam cor and I am not sure where it is going wrong. On the first job I did with the foam cor once I mounted it and then took it outside to deliver by the time I got to their place it had already started to...
Anyone know where I can get a Vehicle template for a 2001 Chevy Astro Cargo Van? I didn't now if there was some place cheaper then Digital Designware. I tried Sign.com but they didn't have it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Now that I read this and think about it...Our problem with this really did not start until after we ran a bunch of Oracals 3640 in our machine...It was the first time...Anyone have a good suggestion on best way to clean the grit rollers? I have never done that and did not really know if you...
I have had that problem show up recently on my machine and all this summer it seem to be fine as well. Don't really remember it happening that much....I do know that I never run my outside rollers that far out as well as I run as many rollers as I can put in to fit the size of material I run...
Kwiksigns yes I do know what type of game it is and unfortunately I can not say yet what it is. I do not have that permission right now. the game board is suppose to be 16" x 24".
yes i believe they are going to be flat. as for the styrene i didnt know if u could get it that thick the thickest my suppliers have it is 060 which is very thin. do you have a supplier that i might be able to get the thick stuff from?
Yeah 10mm would be about 3/8" give or take but I think he also wants it to be nice, flat, and not to cheap looking. I know a tall order. I would not be trying so hard for this project but he is talking like the possibility of 500-1000 units and by the end even more then that.
Yeah I know I wish it could be thinner but this is what this guy is insisting on.
Would half inch coro be flat or would it still show the ribs...I have never worked with coro this thick.
Vacu-Formed plastics? Don't know anything about this can you shed some more light....I thought about...
Hey everyone. I hope you all had a great Thanksgiving. I need some input / advice. I am looking for a good substrate. I have a customer that has come up with a game and wants to make a nice board for it. He requires it to be 1/2" think because he has to drill holes in it because there are...
We had a few large jobs that needed to be done recently in burgundy. No one could get be a 48" roll for like three weeks. It was on back order at Oracal. Of course the jobs were rush and no time to wait. We used the 651 purple red to replace it and the clients couldn't even tell a...
I am not familiar with the Graphtec machines so I am just wondering. Doesn't it have a test cut pattern? Most of the machines that I have ever used have a test cut you can perform right from the machine itself which is usually a square with a circle inside of it. If you can peal the square...
Earlier today or yesterday someone posted a thread about using Orajets 3268 and they laminated it. By the time the got to the third or fourth panel the top and bottoms were already curling The decided to take small strips of lam and over lay them 50 / 50 on the vinyl and wall. Just to give...
