Hey everyone! I have a customer that wants to purchase a 4' x 8' vinyl graphic from me and install it himself on a 4' x 8' piece of MDO or knowing how cheap this guy is just plain old plywood. First question is would this work being as most of the stuff we do are omegabond or alumalite. How...
Hey everyone! I was wondering if anyone had a 2005 Honda Pilot vehicle template or any year template of the Pilot. All I need is the measurements for the rear window. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Big Z
You might want to look at PhotoTex possibly. I heard that some people are using this on trucks and vehicle windows. Being as it is a fabric when you take it off you wouldn't have to worry about it stretching and it should go back on its backer ok but you would have to try it to be sure. I...
I think the problem here in lies that you gave your customers a choice....I think a lot of people that have posted in this thread (and I don't want to put words into any ones mouths) would agree you just need to show your customers the 751 series color chart and tell them that is what you use...
I would suggest moving your phone number up towards the bow of the boat on the other side of the tuna and move your logo back towards the back and use the tuna as something to separate the both of them and make your logo a lot bigger.
Tomence this is kind of a loaded question IMO. You asked what is the best for cut vinyl.....well you need to provide us with a little more information before we can suggest anything.
What type of vinyl are you using?
What are you looking to apply it to?
Are you doing multiple layer cut vinyl...
Jhilldesigns I am not sure what you are saying but if you are saying that "Multipanel might be a panel as well" Then that is incorrect. My supplier has it on their sight as "Apanel".
Good morning everyone and for all of you fellow northeasterners I guess it is the start to another fun filled day of snow shoveling. Any who...I am trying to get some information / personal opinions on a product called Apanel or MultiPanel. I am not sure who manufactures it. I believe it is...
Mosh I tired that....This operation has two offices in my area....the people working at this office would LOVE to have them replaced as well as other signs made to keep customers from parking in the employee spots / area but they are not the location / person approving or paying for it. Someone...
Hey Everyone! I had a thread a while ago trying to figure out what type of material someone used for some signs that a company wanted me to copy but I can't seem to find it to add this to it.
I met with a new client and low and behold seem to have come across either a material that is either...
My first question after reading your post would be how is your software setup? Do you know if it is setup to adjust the cutting pressure with the software or at the machine? We always run ours so that you have to set it at the machine. This way when you put a new material in and you are not...
ProWraps I hope you don't mind but I used your idea a while back and it works good.....here is the link to the thread that ProWraps did for this.

+1 for some additional primer in the radius areas and using matching lam. I never used any of the rollers because there was not a enough time for my supplier to get them to me and as Prism1 states they are expensive....I actually took a really soft cotton cloth that had no seams or anything on...
I would never ever use Arlon on a vehicle....but that is my personal preference.....Yes for the application in which you are asking for advice on the proper film there is nothing better then 3M IJ380.
I would advise using 380 over anything else. I had a sample roll at one time and used it on a vehicle that had some deep channels in it along the bed. It was amazing how well it worked...Make sure to check the specs as to how hot to heat it. Get yourself a good inferred temperature reader and...
