  5. Can any merchants here do this?

Will the city allow it to be covered for that amount of time? A lot of ordinances limit temporary covers like that to like 30 days.
  6. Outgassing Walls

What sticks in my mind is that the most outgassing happens in the first few days. It was always recommended to customers to wait at least four days before applying vinyl after painting, but some just won't take no for an answer. I've applied it after 24 hours before and it's been fine - no...
  7. Wavy plastic wall...

Thanks Craig. The goofy pics with the hand & tools were more for the little sliders on the website (click). Yeah, the wall was pretty different. Initially I was told it was wood, which would have been pretty cool. I was kind of disappointed it was plastic panels. Agreed...they seemed...
  8. Wavy plastic wall...

...meant every hole had to first be punched with an awl so the drill bit wouldn't wander on all of the ridges. It wasn't that difficult, but more time consuming than normal. Anyway, nothing big...just bored, figured I'd post. (some of the pictures are possibly going onto my website...I don't...
  9. Can any merchants here do this?

If you're talking about covering just the cabinet, the easiest way is to have an awning or banner shop sew together a "toaster cover"...Slips over the top, has grommets at the bottom to tie the bottoms together underneath the cabinet. Easy install and won't blow off.
  10. Peckers

Charge them extra for the "distressed" look. :)
  11. Corten Steel

The only difference is that Cor-Ten rusts to a point and then "self-seals" and stops rusting. Regular steel will continue to rust and possibly stain or damage anything that that rust runs on to. The Cor-Ten is typically flame cut.

  14. Spot UV business cards by 4Over, design by Phillip...

A separate file has to be created that contains just the text or areas where you want the spot UV. So for this card, there were four files total - two for the front and two for the back.

  18. Digitally printed t-shirt transfers...and a supplier for them.

4Over digitally prints their shirts...not sure if their prices are good or of the quality. They come out to around $10 per shirt for a 0:4 or 4:0 print or $13 for a 4:4 print in a 8½" x 11" area.

Love the "torn" part. Nice work.
  20. adhesive for letters

Seems like drilling the spacers out so they can slide over the studs would be the easiest. Then drill the MDO for the studs and use silicone.
