  1. Piccadilly Signs article

Congrats. That sign seems to be getting a lot of attention. :thumb:
  2. Just got shilled :(

eBay and Amazon are dangerous. I spend entirely too much money there. Mainly Amazon.

Thank you sir...Phillip did an awesome job!

...anyway, lol...thank you to everyone for the comments and thanks to Phillip for designing a great looking logo.
  5. Playing with a retro business card...

Sorry, Dan. I meant that for Phillip. I was being facetious because he's working on my cards.
  6. Before & after

Nice work - looks good! Man that old sign served its purpose, huh?
  7. I love customers artwork!

Definitely not Bob-Approved. What are designers coming to these days??
  8. New thread for the new logo...

Bob, two things - and I'm being 100% sincere and I'm not attacking you or being the least bit sarcastic: 1.) There are a number of other designers that have made approving comments in this thread in regards to the logo. You're the ONLY one that has said the entire thing is basically garbage. Do...
  9. New thread for the new logo...

Thanks for your thoughts. I agree - I don't think the level is hard to make out and I definitely prefer this one as well. I don't have any feathers, so no fear of anything getting ruffled here. And I don't mind comments a bit - even if they lack tact, I can appreciate the advice and opinions...
  10. Large propane tank - vinyl graphics

I agree - I'd just go over the weld. A lot of the vinyl will stick to it. If it doesn't, it's not going to be enough to make the other vinyl come loose. Top hinge it, apply a letter or two at a time and call it a day. Center hinge the phone number portion. Can't hurt to apply wet, but dry...
  11. Playing with a retro business card...

    ...you do business cards??
  12. New thread for the new logo...

Thanks for all of the comments!
  13. New thread for the new logo...

This was very close to one of the original concepts Phillip made that I really liked. I'm really happy with how it came out. Thanks to all for the comments - all credit goes to Phillip obviously. All of the signs I install are concave at the top, so this sits perfectly on top.
  14. New thread for the new logo...

    I feel sad for you.
  15. New thread for the new logo...

I think Phillip hit it out of the park on this one. I'm extremely happy with it.
  16. 4Over

I'm not very knowledgeable on printing/techniques/applications. Phillip asked what I thought of Spot UV and I wasn't positive what it was. After looking at a few pictures and watching a couple of videos, I'm now leaning that way. I think it'll work nicely with the design he's doing.
  17. 4Over

I'm leaning toward doing an embossed logo on the new card/with the new design. I'm assuming by your post that 4Over doesn't do embossing?
  18. Screw you 3M.

...but if the dealers are specifically requesting you - it might be worth the hassle...? Hope it works out.
  19. Screw you 3M.

Is there a way you can get on the list?
  20. 4Over

I've got this guy designing a pretty awesome logo - can't wait to get it on a business card. :Big Laugh
