And screening willl age better than heat transfer. Screenprint ink will crack and "weather" nicely, transfer cracks and peels off the shirt. Also has a tendency to curl.
Those are a dangerous machines. I was using a Jointer when I was around 20 and could've lost the bottom part of my left hand. A knee jerk reaction and I got away with it with only 17 stitches. I've got a health fear of all spinny blade-like things.

I worked for a publication doing ads and a crapload of ads. Just not fun, no time to really fine tune a design. It was down and dirty. I'd take this over that any day.... Except install days when its wet and cold.
I've never heard of that. Clientsfromhell.net is another great one. To be fair, I've looked for a simliar site devoted to management and bosses, but no luck. I'm sure something is out there.
You've never heard of this because its not a good idea. Talk them into a solid substrate. There will be too many parts and too much movement for a banner.
I've got a 2 year old sign that I need to go back and repaint the edges sometime this month. Painted with 1 shot, the top edge is cracking like its 10 years old.
