Yes, it is heatwelded by the printer. We bought the bead once and had a local guy try to radio-weld (whatever they call it) it to a banner that we made. It was a disaster and I ended up buying it all over again anyway.

Yeh, That's not good news. I will look around a little more before I do anything drastic. I guess for that kind of money I am better to keep it here. The few jobs I do use it for make it worth that much to me.

Building permits issued and even permit applications are public record in many areas. Also you can team up with a permit expeditor (permit runner). Check it out in your town.
These will be hot jobs rather than something that MIGHT happen months or years down the road.
