I always start them at something we can agree on if I want them. Then I agree if they are what they say they are, I give them an increase. The increase depends on the level of work they bring to the table.

I agree with Marlene. The majority of my business is HDU and if I have an area that the customer says is prone to vandals, or they come back because of vandalism, I go with wood. I feel that is the only solution to the problem.
