I am in Illy CS3 trying to do a drop shadow for a business card. Is this possible in illy? I am able to do drop shadows fine for large print but when it comes to business cards the drop shadows never seem to work. Any advice would be most appreciated.

Once I load the media and hit F1, the carrier reads the 2 rollers but then goes to the left and stops and won't stop feeding the material. Sometimes it will go back to the right but it will do the same thing in that position as well. Any advice?
