If you're on a budget a couple quartz tube space heaters will work. I've done it. They have small fans in them so you get infrared heat with air circulation. Can check into auto body supply shops too. Should have all kinds of infrared heaters on stands.

One man operation so I only take on what I can get done in a timely manner. At a previous job I learned what happens when you constantly overbook available resources. I keep track of jobs with a dry erase board, PO's, and texts. Last one is somewhat new to me and works well.

Have one in the lab at school. No speed demon, but the output is beautiful. No issues to speak of either. Just runs and runs.

To get the wrap out try printing a uni-directional sample of it and see what you get. Uni sometimes helps to mask issues.
