I had that problem once. However my antivirus was running scans. A quick disable scans worked. Try a reboot on the pc and the printer, assure your hard drive has enough space left. Doesn't sound like a rip or printer issue, sounds like a network or pc issue.

Never had any problems with 210 LAM. I will say, it's a cold laminate... So why use heat assist? Kinda defeats the manufacturer recommended cold lam suggestions.. Just sayin

If its painted.. It's cool. Just warn the client any plastic wrapping could cause damage on removal. That stuff is all painted like garbage.

Or you can just spray reflective off from fellers onto the cracked vinyl.. It turns it to mush and comes right off with a chizler. Seriously. I've used it on chrome vinyl that was baked and cracked on old semi truck doors. Makes it come right off.

You can get it painted chrome for 50k. I got a quite a while back for an escalade chrome painted. It was 40k for the whole truck including inside jambs, engine etc.

Prep and install error. 970 is far superior to 1080 any day. Any vinyl will do that when overstretched.
