Wierd, mine are light grey but definately teflon, yours look teflon for sure....I would see if you can get Epson to ship you a new set of rollers. My prints looked exactly like yours.

Do you have the Teflon rollers? they are not original, at least not with our 30670. I had a similar issue 18 months ago which is when they swapped out the original black or dark grey rubber rollers for the lighter grey Teflon ones. Solved my issue immediately. Good luck.

What guesswork? All I'm saying is if you have a profile that gives you the colors you are looking for just lower the temps and slow way down to minimize tunneling.

find a profile with 18-24 Pass UNI-dircectional and cut the heat waaaay back and you should be fine. The "re-positionable" stuff barely has a bond with its backer and therefore any heat stress and it releases.

I'm seeing the same as you Fred. I clicked on a couple of the categories and some of them have the images showing, some do not.

What did you re-install? Windows, Flexi or the printer or what?

Actually upon further review Windows Explorer wont preview my .fs files either. It WILL preview in Flexis open file dialog however.

Check your Windows 'Folder Options', just type folder options in the start menu dialog box. Depends on your version of windows but look under the 'View' tab in Windows 7 & Vista, not sure about 8. There are a ton of tickable settings in there, some related to file previews. Hope this helps.

Design Central in the center of the screen. Sounds like what you did may work, and yah I would hope if he requested it at 25% that he would re-scale it before printing. I'm assuming you guys already discussed the final size. Also, check out www.wetransfer.com you just upload your file(s) type...

Select your image then in the 'design central' interface, type "25%" for either dimension and hit enter...make sure 'proportional' is checked.
