Are your pinch roller tensioner arms set correctly? If you are using all three, the outside two should be down and the middle one in the middle or all the way up. Or if you are are printing on a Latex machine on cheap vinyl...it will warp and cuts will be off by a mile. What Graphtec are you...

Pretty sure your software has to be telling it to cut off after the job. Under the TOOL SETTING menu, go to CONDITION PRIORITY and try changing it to MANUAL...this should turn auto-cut off. Just be aware that you need to set your conditions(speed/force) at the Graphtec now and not in your Omega...
