    I had a horrible time with this combo as well. I got it set finally to cut fairly well with 2 passes, but the blade also was set so low that it was dragging across the rest of the graphics when moving from to cut to cut, so looks like a ton of scratches. I'm not sure what the solution is...

    Yes any Polycarb laminate will give you texture. Not sure what "smudge" is either in this context.

    That's a loaded question, as a) many files are already prepared and given to us, b) there can be all vector files, or all raster files, 3) a large portion are Flexisign files, which can involve all the aforementioned. And, for us, the end result ends up being a PDF as it is ripped in Flexisign...

    Probably a bad wheel bearing on one side. Not too difficult to take apart and replace if you need. But sounds like it's new so warranty should cover it.

    He wants to CUT before he's even printed, if you had read his post. Which I don't see how you can do if you don't print crop marks first. After looking at the other video posted, I guess it is possible. This is the only printer I have seen that offers something like this.

    LOL - you can't get light grey without 1) using white ink, or 2) printing on white vinyl. Go print 20% black on clear vinyl and tell me what happens.
