It's beneficial to orinters that have non CMYK colors like red and orange. I think if your profiles correctly, CMYK is fine. Most machines are not profiled correctly... So RGB gives better results. Onyx for example doesn't print in RGB. You feed it an RGB file.and it converts all those colors...

From power off to boot is about 4-5 minutes. From sleep to print is about 3-5 minutes also. I've had it restart once, one time it just froze mid print... It is really reliable, but every machine will have a glitch once or twice. The main glitch is the screen will become slow to respond...

8048 isn't a calandered. It's not a pvc product so it's made completely different. It technically shouldn't shrink. Even 8508 isn't a calandered. It's an intermediate cast. We use 180 + 8518 on 99% of vehicle wraps... We mainly use 8048 for our flat signage that doesn't need to last 10 years...

I messed up the end of a sign I was laminating today. It was on Nikkalite.... The ease in which I could pull off the 8048 was scary. We've never had one delaminate on us... But it was easier to pull it off, even in non printed areas than it is to pull transfer tape off.
